Musings and ideas from recent scientific findings and news

What if your team’s bottlenecks aren’t just technical, but are rooted in an outdated approach to planning, execution, and communication?
Most labs struggle to see the blind spots: scattershot data, experimental drift, strategic misalignment with pitch decks, and processes unfit for today’s investor scrutiny. These are not small inefficiencies—they are growth killers that can derail IND submissions and burn precious runway.
Hudak Scientific Consulting was founded to meet the rising demand to seamlessly and efficiently integrate business strategy, runway mapping and R&D operations.
Here’s what our clients discover, often uncomfortably:
Documentation and project management gaps quietly undermine investor confidence, even with great science at the bench
Funding is lost not to failed experiments, but to misaligned runway mapping
Value that could be captured is wasted in bottlenecked experiment design and resource deployment
Our approach is unapologetically direct. We don’t just review—we help you take action:
Drive to grant-winning literature reviews, assay development, and actual risk analyses that slash wasted time and cost
Strategic runway mapping matched exactly to investor expectations
Bottleneck reviews with actionable fixes (not just “advice”)
Scrumban implementation and centralized SOPs, ELN/LIMS, to end scientific drift
We take pride in offering bespoke services to our diverse clientele at any stage of their development. We will ensure you get that key data, secure the funding, and stroll into your next phase with confidence and ease.
Regardless of the scale of your budget—ranging from a few hundred to several thousand dollars—we provide the strategic expertise and support to give your start-up a competitive edge for success.
